Powers/Abilities:
Telekinesis, including levitation.
Telepathy/Empathy. Able to read the emotions of others around her. If she focuses on an individual she can get a better understanding of their emotions and probe their mind for more information. Mind probing is something she rarely does and hates to do, as it can be a very unpleasant experience for the recipient.
Mind Trick, also known as the power of suggestion. Only works on people who aren't one of the 43 children.
Summon lightning, something she rarely uses as it's physically taxing.

Rey has a love/hate relationship with Reginald; she's grateful to have been adopted, but at the same time she was ripped away from a family that could have loved her just as much. Can she hate someone who gave her a roof over her head, provided food, and gave her an education? At the same time, he trained her to become something she didn't have a choice in. It's a complicated thing that Rey isn't sure how to deal with, and tries to find a balance between the two, but distances herself from those feelings by working as much as she can. At least she's not alone, she had her siblings. Her siblings are what made her childhood bearable. Yet, as time went on, everyone drifted apart and she found herself doing the same.
As a child, she was fascinated with how things worked, taking things apart and putting them together. Reginald killed that love and curiosity by putting her through various drills and tests. Nowadays, if she wants to work with her hands, she either works on her motorcycle or attempts to bake.
When she left the Academy at 18, she went to college to earn a degree in computer engineering. She put herself through college by working two or three part-time jobs. It sucked, but she learned what she was capable of, including how little food and sleep one can live off of. She graduated at 21, got a shitty internship and at 22 became the youngest computer engineer at the tech company she works at.
So instead of saving the day, she's saving programs and fixing other people's mistakes. She throws herself into her work, sometimes forgetting to eat because she doesn't know what else to do with herself. Drinking alcohol is out of the question as she's a light weight. Three drinks in and she's done.
